Gold Coast Marathon 2021

Register now to take part in the 2021 Gold Coast Marathon!

Did you go running during a lockdown? Test your new and improved stamina in this year’s Gold Coast Marathon – just around the corner in July.

Register by June 4 to take part in one of the multiple distanced runs, all starting next to the Broadwater Parklands. The full list of events is as follows!

• Wheelchair Marathon (42km)
• ASICS Half Marathon (21.5km)
• Southern Cross University 10km Run
• Wheelchair 10km
• Gold Coast Airport Marathon (5km)
• Health and Wellbeing Queensland 4km Junior Dash
• Health and Wellbeing Queensland 2km Junior Dash
• Gold Coast Double 63.3km (Gold Coast Marathon and ASICS Half Marathon)

As you can see, there is a distance for all ages and abilities, open to anyone looking to run for fun, run for charity or run competitively.

Rewards will be awarded to all finishers, which include a medal, shirt (cap for Junior Dash runners), towel (for Marathon runners) and certificate!

There will also be aid stations on each course for participants’ use.

All in all, Gold Coast Marathon is the ultimate endurance event to join this winter, offering perfect flat running conditions and, of course, the Gold Coast’s beautiful beaches as the event backdrop.

If you’re not keen on running, come along anyway to soak up the atmosphere and cheer on the participants!
