Corvettes, Caddys, Chevvies and more, the Carrara Markets Classic Car Show is all set to round up the most nostalgic vintage cars in the region for a weekend car show that’s FREE to attend. It’s coming especially for Father’s Day, complete with rock ’n’ roll music and must-see memorabilia, on September 4 and September 5.
Crafted Festival
Does your dad like craft beer? Spoil him at this year’s Crafted Beer & Cider Festival, heading to Kurrawa Park Broadbeach with over 250 craft brews from Australia’s leading breweries. Beers, ciders, IPAs, ales, seltzers and more in addition to live music and entertainment – it’s got all the ingredients for a fun day out in the sun on September 11.
Dining in Main Beach
Father’s Day isn’t complete without a belt-loosening meal, and Main Beach Gold Coast is a dining hotspot that doesn’t disappoint when it comes to choice. Tedder Avenue offers a host of top-rated restaurants all in one location. Hop on a whale watching tour or simply head to one of the vantage points (The Spit, SkyPoint or Burleigh Head National Park) – just don’t forget your binoculars.
